Do I have to sign a lengthy contract?
No. You are only required to sign a month-to-month rental agreement that is automatically renewed each month until you vacate.
Do I need insurance?
We urge you to get protection for your residential or commercial belongings with insurance. We can provide insurance for your possessions through a national company.
How is my unit secured?
In addition to our state of the art 24 hour video recording, each steel bin is equipped with its own individual security alarm to allow access to you only. We also feature electronic gate access.
Are there any restrictions on the lenght of stay?
One month minimum, month-to-month basis thereafter.
When do I have access to my storage unit?
Very convenient hours! Accessible every day of the year! 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Where are you located?
Great location! 4050 Bee Ridge Rd, on the south side of the street between Beneva and McIntosh Rd. Easy access to I75, downtown and Siesta Key.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept several major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
